No. Raksha does not provide medical consultations. All consultations are conducted independently by licensed doctors and healthcare providers within our partner network.

 

4. Is Raksha a medical insurance provider?

No. Raksha Health Solutions does not provide medical or health insurance. We are not involved in insurance claims, premiums, or reimbursements.

 

5. What services do members receive?

Members receive personalized healthcare guidance, help in identifying the right specialists, and access to discounted diagnostics and treatments through partner hospitals and labs.

 

6. How much does the membership cost?

The annual membership fee is ₹1,000 per year, unless stated otherwise.

 

7. Is the membership fee refundable?

No. Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is completed and services are activated.

 

8. How do I enroll as a member?

You can enroll through our website by providing your phone number, date of birth, and Aadhaar number, and completing the annual membership payment online.

Aadhaar details are collected only for identity verification. We do not misuse or share Aadhaar data beyond service requirements.

Membership is activated immediately after successful payment.

 

11. Can my family members use the same membership?

12. Does Raksha handle payments for hospital treatments or tests?

Hospitals payments will be paid directly. But where as lab payments will be paid to us

 

13. Are discounts guaranteed at partner hospitals and labs?

Discounts are subject to availability, partner policies, and medical requirements. Raksha facilitates access but does not control pricing decisions.

 

14. Is Raksha suitable for emergencies?

Raksha does not provide emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, members should contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
